How seasons work
Seasons follow the calendar: January–March, April–June, July–September and October–December (all times UTC). On the first day of each quarter the Battle Royale season leaderboard starts fresh for every player, and for the computer opponents too, so a new player has the same chance at the top spot as a veteran.
- Season rankings: your Battle Royale wins this quarter. Win a match to get on the board.
- Season history: when a season ends, its top 10 are saved so the champions are remembered.
- Everything else carries over: your level, gold, castle, friends and items never reset. Only the season ranking does.
What’s coming to each season
This page will grow with the game. Each season we plan to add something new to look forward to:
- Season-exclusive store items: castle looks, themes and cosmetics that are only available during that season.
- Festive touches: friendly seasonal decorations around the game for holidays throughout the year.
- Season rewards: recognition for the top players of each season.
None of this is live yet. When it is, you’ll find it described here and announced in the game’s “While You Were Away” panel.
